Re-tape and Readjust your Hair Extensions Please visit the Salon a day prior to your appointment to check-in your extensions on our system. Your extensions will be cleaned and treated, washed, and styled by professional extension technicians. Get them ready to be re-positioned perfectly with your appointment. Take care of your hair & extensions by replacing your extension when they show a re-growth of 2-3cm. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your appointment, please phone or message us 24 hrs prior to your appointment. This can help us to plan our day ahead, to get everything ready, and to accommodate another possible booking. By doing this, we show respect to each other and each others time. Should you fail to cancel your appointment in time, your stylist will phone you to find out more and to reschedule. Take note that we reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice.
