To cancel your appointment, please phone or message us 24 hrs prior to your appointment. This can help us to plan our day ahead, to get everything ready, and to accommodate another possible booking. By doing this, we show respect to each other and each others time. Should you fail to cancel your appointment in time, your stylist will phone you to find out more and to reschedule.
