How to use
Dissolve a pinch of good salt (sea salt or Himalayan salt) and xylitol (the natural sugar substitute) in warm water. Fill the Neti pot with the salt/xylitol solution. Whilst leaning over a sink, tilt your head sideways and use the Neti pot and allow the warm liquid to enter your top nostril and exit through the bottom nostril (breathe through your mouth during this step). Repeat on the other side.
Note: When used on children, do so after the authorization of your child's pediatrician.
